A Bountiful Spring

This Spring the weather has been relativly dry and warm.

This has resulted in a very nice growing growing environment. Our peach tree has grown quite tall and produced early and many blooms resulting in lots of fruit. The Papaya trees have produced many and large produce.It appears that our avocado tree will be loaded again this year as well.

The Mango, Orange, Grapefruit, Cherry, key lime and limequat trees are blooming nicely and we have high hopes for them as well this year.

At present we have one bunch of Cavendish bananas being harvested, but the other banana trees are healthy. The high winds (and especially any hurricanes) tend to damage the broad leaves and set the plants back a bit.

The orchid selection has grown to include a large variety of plants.

Two of the palm trees that we have grown from seeds are now quite large and beautiful.
